I have found the set of Neuro Nudges coaching questions developed around seven themes - self-awareness, motivation, goals, habits, emotions, relationships, and health, among the basic themes in positive psychology - to be highly useful in my personal and professional life. In my beginning experience with the cards, I have thoughtfully picked one or more cards from each of the themes with the aim to look at them ''together'' for a period of time - as a way to develop holistically, for life is complex and threads of learning form together a tapestry of our experience. Keeping flexible and open to the natural flow of what might emerge as the more important question to consider, I have come to center on one question, and my life is gradually moving along the right lines as a result. I have deeply appreciate the connection to the evidence-based underpinnings of the questions and tasks. I can see how these cards will continue to aid and assist me on my journey of becoming a professional coach in the field of education, health and wellbeing, and moral leadership.
