Self-Coaching with Neuro Nudges: Your Personal Brain Trainer

Ever wished you had a pocket-sized life coach? Well, with Neuro Nudges cards, you do! Here's how to turn these cards into your personal growth sidekick:

Pick a Card, Any Card

Start by shuffling the deck and picking a card that speaks to you. Maybe you're feeling stuck with your goals, or you want to boost your motivation. There's a card for that!

Question Time

Each card has a compelling coaching question. Take a moment to really chew on it. For example, if you pulled a self-awareness card asking, "What's a strength you often overlook?", don't just think "I'm good at math" and move on. Dig deeper. Maybe you're great at explaining complex ideas, but you never gave it much thought.

Nudge Yourself

Now, check out the "nudge" on the card. It's like a mini-challenge from your brain to, well, your brain. If the nudge says to ask friends about your strengths, go for it! Text a friend or chat with a colleague. You might be surprised at what they say.

Get Your Neuro On

Flip that card over and learn more on the brain science behind the question and nudge. Understanding why something works can be super motivating. It's like knowing the cheat codes to your own brain, but written in an easy to understand and digest way. Remember to also use the QR codes to deep dive into an area that is of interest with our webpages full of neuroscience and coaching information.

Action Station

Time to put all that into action. Set a small, doable goal based on what you've learned. If you discovered a hidden strength, think of one way to use it this week.

Track Your Progress

Keep a journal or use your phone to note how you're applying these insights. It's like leaving breadcrumbs for your brain to follow.

Mix It Up
